How can I book an appointment?
Booking an appointment with us is quick and easy! For your convenience, we have an online booking system where you can choose a time that works best for you. Prefer to talk to someone? No problem! You can also give us a call at the salon, and we’ll gladly help you book your appointment. Whichever option you choose, we look forward to seeing you and making your visit special!
What is your cancellation policy?
We completely understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. However, we do ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable if this notice isn’t provided. If you need to reschedule, just give the salon a call—our team will help sort everything out and make sure your booking fee is handled appropriately. Don’t worry, all refunds are provided as required under Australian Consumer Law, so you can have peace of mind.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We don’t accept walk-ins; we operate by appointment to ensure everything runs smoothly. This allows us to deliver personalised care and exceptional service tailored just for you. We are a busy salon and often book weeks in advance, so we encourage you to book now to secure your spot and move closer to achieving your dream hair!
If you don’t see a suitable time on our online booking system, please give us a call, and we’ll happily add you to our waiting list. How often you should get a haircut or trim depends on your hair type, style, and goals. If you want to maintain a specific style, we recommend visiting every 4-6 weeks. For those looking to grow their hair out or just keep it healthy, every 6-12 weeks works best. We’d be happy to help you find the perfect schedule for your hair!

While we don’t offer wedding styling, we do provide special event styling on the days we’re open. Whether it’s a party, a formal event, or a night out, we’d love to help you look and feel your best. Book now to secure your spot!

If you’re running late, please give us a call as soon as you can. We pride ourselves on running on time to ensure no one is kept waiting. Depending on how late you are, we may need to reschedule your appointment or adjust the service you’ve booked. We’ll do our best to accommodate you!
Are your services suitable for children?
Our salon is a women-only space designed to provide a calm, relaxing escape from the everyday. To ensure this dedicated time for our clients, we do not offer services for children. We hope you’ll enjoy this little oasis just for you!
