Testimonials

I’ve been coming to the cutting room for several sessions now and have always had an amazing experience. Everytime I have had my hair done they have taken the time to explain what is about to happen (particularly important when I had to get a colour correction done from another salon!) and gone through cost, time and expected results.

I have been coming here for years after needing a colour correction from another salon and Cass has seen me through Blondes, Browns, Vibrants and Pastels, each one of them perfection. LOVE! 5 stars is not enough.

FAQs

Depending on the severity of the correction, treatments can take anywhere from 2 to 8 hours and may require multiple sessions.

We prioritise hair health by using protective treatments and high-quality products to minimise damage.

Some colour corrections, especially drastic changes, require multiple sessions to maintain hair integrity and achieve the best results.

It’s best to consult with a professional as soon as possible. We can assess whether immediate correction is possible or if the hair needs rest and treatment first.

With the right aftercare and professional products, your colour will stay vibrant for longer. Regular toner applications help maintain freshness.

Maintenance & Aftercare

To maintain the health and vibrancy of your corrected colour, follow these aftercare tips:

  • Use Sulfate-Free Shampoo & Conditioner – Sulfates can strip colour, leading to premature fading.
  • Hydrate & Strengthen – Weekly deep-conditioning masks help restore moisture and repair processed hair.
  • Minimise Heat Styling – Excessive heat can weaken colour-treated hair; always use a heat protectant.
  • Protect Against Sun & Water Damage – UV exposure and chlorine can alter colour; use protective sprays and rinse after swimming.
  • Limit Frequent Washing – Washing hair less frequently helps maintain colour intensity for longer.
  • Schedule Maintenance Appointments – Touch-ups and toner refreshes every 6–8 weeks keep your colour looking flawless.

With proper care, your corrected colour will remain vibrant, fresh, and healthy for months.
