  • Wait Before Washing – Avoid washing your hair for at least 48 hours after the perm to let the curls set properly.
  • Use Sulfate-Free Products – Gentle shampoos and conditioners help maintain curl shape and prevent dryness.
  • Hydrate & Deep Condition – Regular deep-conditioning treatments keep permed hair healthy and moisturised.
  • Limit Heat Styling – Avoid excessive heat from straighteners and curling irons to preserve curl integrity.
  • Avoid Over-Brushing – Use a wide-tooth comb or your fingers to prevent frizz and maintain curl shape.
  • Schedule Touch-Ups – Depending on hair growth and curl preference, perms typically last 3–6 months before requiring a refresh.

Booking Fee

When you book your appointment with us, we kindly ask for a $50 booking fee, which is securely stored in your file. This fee helps us reserve your spot and ensures everything runs smoothly, allowing us to give you the personalised care and attention you deserve. It also helps reduce no-shows, allowing us to offer appointments to other clients eagerly waiting. On the day of your appointment, you can choose to either:

  • Apply the fee toward your next visit
  • Deduct it from the total cost of your service

Cancellation Policy

We completely understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. However, we do ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable if this notice isn’t provided. If you need to reschedule, just give the salon a call—our team will help sort everything out and make sure your booking fee is handled appropriately. Don’t worry, all refunds are provided as required under Australian Consumer Law, so you can have peace of mind.
