As proud members of the Sustainable Salons group, we’ve set the standard for green practices in the salon industry.

Thanks to this partnership, we recycle just about everything—color tubes, foil, paper, plastics, chemicals, hair, razors, electrical tools, and even sharps!

But we don’t stop there. We’re always looking for ways to take it further, acting as environmental stewards in our local community.

Recycling Blister Packs with Pharmacycle

We’re addressing the challenge of recycling those hard-to-recycle blister packs—yes, the ones used for tablets and pills.

To make it easier, we collect them from our clients (and anyone else who wants to participate). We are an official drop-off location.

Every year, Australians discard over 1.5 billion blister packs, most of which end up in landfill.

By collecting and redirecting these packs to responsible recycling programs, we’re helping reduce waste and protect our land and waterways.

Partnering with Carbon Positive Australia

One of our proudest partnerships is with Carbon Positive Australia and their “Plant the Seed” program.

This incredible initiative focuses on reforestation, carbon offsetting, and habitat restoration.

Here’s how it works: for every ton of carbon we offset, trees are planted in areas that need it most, restoring native ecosystems and absorbing CO2 from the atmosphere.

These projects don’t just reduce emissions—they help rebuild wildlife habitats, improve soil quality, and support local communities.

By working with Carbon Positive, we’re not just reducing our footprint; we’re actively giving back to the planet meaningfully.

Energy-Efficient Choices That Add Up

Sustainability is all about the little things adding up. Our salon is full of energy-saving features, from LED lights to ECO HEAD low-flow water fixtures at our basins, cutting water usage by up to 65%! These small changes help us massively reduce our energy and water consumption without compromising on quality.

Smarter Laundry, Cleaner Choices

Even our laundry gets the eco-treatment. On sunny days, we air-dry our towels to use the natural power of the sun and wind. When we need to use our dryer, we rely on an 8-star energy-efficient condenser dryer that minimises energy use while keeping everything fresh and fluffy.

Green Cleaning, Minimal Waste

Every cleaning product we use is environmentally friendly, and we’ve got a strict recycling and waste disposal system in place. Sure, these products can cost a bit more, but protecting the planet? Worth every cent.

Conscious Product Selection

We only work with brands that align with our values. By partnering with eco-conscious companies like Keune, we ensure our products are as kind to the environment as they are to your hair. Plus, we request minimal packaging from suppliers and use compostable, reusable gloves to reduce waste.

Giving Back to Our Community

Sustainability doesn’t stop at our door. We’re out in the community, too—joining clean-up events, planting trees, and fundraising for environmental causes.

We also love sharing tips and resources with our clients and team to inspire eco-friendly lifestyles beyond the salon.

Booking Fee

When you book your appointment with us, we kindly ask for a $50 booking fee, which is securely stored in your file. This fee helps us reserve your spot and ensures everything runs smoothly, allowing us to give you the personalised care and attention you deserve. It also helps reduce no-shows, allowing us to offer appointments to other clients eagerly waiting. On the day of your appointment, you can choose to either:

Apply the fee toward your next visit
Deduct it from the total cost of your service

Cancellation Policy

We completely understand that life happens and sometimes plans change. However, we do ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Please note that the booking fee is non-refundable if this notice isn’t provided. If you need to reschedule, just give the salon a call—our team will help sort everything out and make sure your booking fee is handled appropriately. Don’t worry, all refunds are provided as required under Australian Consumer Law, so you can have peace of mind.
